Health Tips From International Model - Anders Thage

Recently we just had an interview with Anders, international model from Denmark who has been modeling for 10 years. He shared about his health tips with us how to keep a healthy and shapy body.

"I always lift my own bodyweight when I exercises at the gym, run every 2nd day, I train Muay thai, always eat healthy foods and stay away from eating meat".
